What is Fluid

Three things,
that's it.

No card. No FX. No business accounts. Just the part Australians actually do every week — moving AUD between people, and earning a proper rate while it sits.

4.20% p.a. on idle AUDD. Paid daily.

How it works

Three things that
make this different.

01 · Speed

Solana settles in 0.4 seconds.

Tap send. Your mate sees the dollars before you've put your phone down. No two-business-days, no batch processing, no bank holidays.

02 · Stability

AUDD is one Aussie dollar. Always.

Each AUDD is backed 1:1 by Australian dollars held in tier-1 banks. Issued by AUDC Pty Ltd under an AFSL granted by ASIC.

03 · Yield

Idle AUD doesn't have to sit idle.

Your balance earns 4.20% p.a., paid daily. No lock-up. Withdraw or send any time. The same money working twice.

Proof, not marketing

Send $1,000.
Receive $1,000.

Sending money to family overseas? Compare what actually arrives. Same numbers out as in — Australia or anywhere else.

Every transaction is on-chain and timestamped. Your annual statement maps cleanly to ATO categories — interest income, business expenses, CGT events. Hand it to your accountant. Done.

Because AUDD is 1:1 with AUD, ordinary spending isn't a CGT event. That's a meaningful difference from holding crypto.

Built for the regulators

Crypto rails.
Not crypto risk.

We're not asking Australians to trust an offshore app. AUDD is real money issued under Australian law. Fluid is pursuing its own AFSL pathway ahead of the June 2026 no-action expiry.

What people are saying.

Splitting the tab used to be the most annoying part of dinner. Now it's the part where everyone just goes 'wait, that's it?'

First app I've tried where 'instant' actually means instant. The Solana hookup is invisible — it just feels like really, really fast money.

Frequently asked

Honest answers.

Technically yes — AUDD is a stablecoin on Solana. Practically no — it's pegged 1:1 to the Australian dollar, fully backed by AUD held in tier-1 banks, and issued under an Australian AFSL. The Solana part is the rail; the dollars are the cargo.

AUDC Pty Ltd, a 45% Novatti-owned issuer that received its AFSL from ASIC in February 2026. AUDC is registered with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange and is an AFCA member.

Your AUDD lives in a wallet protected by your Fluid login plus biometrics. Lose your phone, log in on a new one, restore. Your funds aren't on the device — they're on Solana, and the recovery flow is identical to any modern banking app.

Yes. Send to a phone number or email and they'll get an SMS/email with a claim link. They sign up, the funds drop into their wallet. There's a $10 welcome bonus for both you and them on the first send.

Your AUDD balance earns yield tracked to the RBA cash rate, accruing per-second. Yield is generated through AUDC's reserve management. We pay it out daily into your balance — no lockups, no minimums.

Spending AUDD as money isn't a CGT event because AUDD is 1:1 with AUD. Yield earned is interest income. Your annual statement maps to ATO categories — give it to your accountant. (We're not your accountant — get advice for your situation.)

AUDC's AFSL covers AUDD issuance. Fluid is the consumer app on top of that — currently operating under the ASIC no-action position that expires June 2026, with our own AFSL pathway in progress. We'll be transparent as that progresses.
